I’m always excited to view an exhibition which has environment as its focus. ‘The Ecologies Project : How climate changes culture’, does not disappoint.
Mornington Peninsula Regional Gallery pays homage to past shows that look at the ecology more broadly and how a changing climate was and will impact us all, with a greater focus on the increasing effects of climate change and its representation in art.
I’m interested in how we utilise the power of art to have discussions that lead to social change. This exhibition looks at the effects of climate change with a focus on responding to ‘how does a changing ecology change our culture?’
